How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If a disc is defective, please contact our support team for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, GRUV Entertainment only ships to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal.
Are the Blu-ray and DVD regions compatible with my player?
Most of our products are Region A/1 for North America. Please check the 'Product Details' section on the specific item page to confirm region compatibility before purchasing.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Our automated system processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it. However, you can contact support to request a cancellation if the order hasn't reached the shipping stage.
