And when she convinces him that she's a struggling house servant, the unlikely couple falls head-over-spurs and hastily marries aboard a ship in Galveston But rodeo life doesn't suit a lady, and when Mary returns home, her new husband finds a shock waiting for him and a host of in-the-dark in-laws ready for a lesson in homespun love.
