At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your GRUV account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and digital code inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old shipping labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
